Candidates are evaluated on core coding and theoretical competencies. Depending on the role, candidate's scores and rankings will be broken down into subscores in the following: general programming, data processing, data analysis, machine learning concepts, SQL.
How are coding challenges sent to the candidates?
You send candidates challenges directly from our online ATS. They receive the access information in their email and then complete the challenges in our customized online coding environment with a set timelimit.
